3 Tips to Increase a Website’s Revenue From Google Adsense

The easiest way to increase traffic to any website is to create a lot of original and interesting content because it attracts people to the website. It makes them want to come back, and it also generates word of mouth referrals. The better the content and the more frequent the content is updated, the more likely a website is to attract higher visitors. Although there are many other search engine optimizations (SEO) techniques available, without a lot of interesting unique content visitors will simply not stay around and frequent a website. The website will not build up its visitor base and therefore it will have limited revenue.

Another method to increase a website’s Google Adsense revenues is by having the website focus on higher paying Adsense keywords. Although seemingly simple, this can sometimes be difficult because the website still needs to have ample interesting content about the related topic. However, subtle changes in the wording can substantially increase the Adsense revenue payout. For example, the simple effect of changing a website’s main Adsense keyword from “insurance agency” to “insurance company” can result in a possible gain of .15 a click to .10 a click, for a potential revenue increase of almost 500%! These subtle differences in Adsense keywords can make significant differences in revenue.
